Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all NEC EU tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
